Call for Board of Directors Candidates!
There are 2 seats to be filled in the upcoming Board of Directors election. Applications can be found on the second floor of the co-op at the Membership Desk or download a copy here.
Board Application, Interviews, Voting & Election Timeline:
Personally submit your candidate application to the Membership Desk upstairs in the Co-op. Deadline for applications is Friday, December 5, 2025, by 5 p.m. No electronic submissions will be accepted.
Schedule an interview with the Nominating Committee for possible recommendation. Interviews will be conducted December 11-15, 2025. Interviews must be held no later than December 16, 2025; please plan accordingly.
The election cycle begins when candidate statements, photos and ballots are published in the March 2026 issue of the Co-op's newsletter. Ballots are also available at the Co-op.
The election will conclude at the Co-op’s Annual Meeting in April 2026, with the winners announced shortly thereafter.
Board Meeting Information
Monthly Board Meetings: Committees meet every 2nd Monday of the month @ 5:30 on Zoom. Board Meetings are every 4th Monday of the month @ 6pm on Zoom and in the community room.
Board Meeting GUEST POLICY: Owners in good standing are welcome to attend in person without prior approval, although advance notice is appreciated. If an owner wishes to attend virtually, the Board requests notice at least two business days in advance so they can provide you with login information. Guest ownership will be checked to make sure it is current and all owners are considered observers. If you wish to address the board and be added to the agenda, requests must be made 3 days in advance to the board and include a description of your issue. Only issues relevant to the board are considered. Guests presenting to the board will be allotted 5 minutes. Please be advised that owners will be asked to leave the meeting during any closed sessions that may be held due to discussion of issues of a confidential or sensitive nature. Guests may not disrupt the meeting.
